Hemet Elementary is proud to nominate, Ms. Sara McLamb as this week's Staff Spotlight. We are so fortunate to have Sara McLamb as part of our Hemet Elementary team. Sara has worked for HUSD for 20 years serving as a Kindergarten, 4th, 5th, and 6th grade teacher. Fourteen of those twenty years were served at Valle Vista, four years at Dartmouth, and has now been a part of the Hemet Elementary staff for the past two years.
Currently, Mrs. McLamb teaches Kindergarten and leads her team as the grade level lead. This year she has undertaken the task of putting together a wonderful yearbook and last year, coming out of the pandemic, she helped plan and organize the Talent Show which gave our students an opportunity to express their artistic abilities. In addition, Mrs. MacLamb gave up part of her summer vacation to enrich our student’s lives by teaching Summer School. She truly is a vital part of what makes Hemet Elementary a wonderful place for students and staff!
